  • Peak season: During sales or holidays processing may take up to 5 business days.

💰 Shipping Rates

We offer a few shipping options at checkout. Rates depend on the shipping method, package weight, and destination.

Typical options you may see at checkout:

  • Standard Shipping (economy) — Most affordable, trackable, longer transit time

  • Expedited / Express Shipping — Faster delivery, higher cost

  • Free Shipping — Available for promotions or orders that meet the minimum spend (we’ll show the offer on site/announcement bar)

To set or adjust rates in Shopify: Settings → Shipping and delivery → Manage rates. We can help create per-country zones and flat-rate or carrier-calculated shipping.

🧾 Duties, Taxes & Customs

  • Import duties, taxes, and customs fees may be charged by your country when the package arrives. These fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the recipient.

  • For some countries we offer “Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU)” only. If you want Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) options, contact support—availability and pricing depend on destination and courier.

  • We are happy to provide invoice or HS codes on request for customs clearance — email support@aironox.shop.

🔍 Tracking Your Order

  • After your order ships, we will email you a tracking number and a link.

  • You can track the parcel on the carrier’s website or in your account under Orders.

  • If tracking shows no movement for more than 7 days after expected transit start, contact us and we’ll investigate immediately.

🚨 Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • If your tracking status shows delivered but you did not receive the package, please:

    1. Check around property and with neighbors.

    2. Wait 24 hours (sometimes carriers mark delivered early).

    3. If still missing, contact support@aironox.shop with your order number and we’ll open an investigation with the carrier.

  • For damaged on arrival items: keep all packaging and photos, then email support with attachments. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund per our Returns policy.

🔁 Returns & Exchanges

  • Please read our full Refund & Returns policy (link in footer).

  • Most returns accepted within 30 days of delivery for unopened and unused items. Return shipping rules vary by country—some countries may require return shipping at customer expense unless the item is defective.

We package AIRONOX with protective, recyclable materials. We’re committed to reducing single-use plastics and minimize packaging volume wherever possible.

🛠️ Change of Address or Order Cancellation

  • If you need to change shipping address or cancel your order, contact us immediately at support@aironox.shop.

  • If the order hasn’t shipped we’ll attempt to update or cancel; if it has already shipped, we’ll advise next steps (redirects/refunds may have limits).
