💰 Shipping Rates
We offer a few shipping options at checkout. Rates depend on the shipping method, package weight, and destination.

🧾 Duties, Taxes & Customs

Import duties, taxes, and customs fees may be charged by your country when the package arrives. These fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the recipient.

For some countries we offer “Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU)” only. If you want Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) options, contact support—availability and pricing depend on destination and courier.

🔍 Tracking Your Order

After your order ships, we will email you a tracking number and a link.

You can track the parcel on the carrier’s website or in your account under Orders.

If tracking shows no movement for more than 7 days after expected transit start, contact us and we’ll investigate immediately.
🚨 Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your tracking status shows delivered but you did not receive the package, please:

Check around property and with neighbors.

Wait 24 hours (sometimes carriers mark delivered early).

If still missing, contact support@aironox.shop with your order number and we’ll open an investigation with the carrier.

For damaged on arrival items: keep all packaging and photos, then email support with attachments. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund per our Returns policy.
